Netflix has announced this Wednesday the acquisition of the company that manages the rights of the Giant of Children’s Literature Roald Dahl, author of the Charlie novel and the chocolate factory, a classic adapted to cinema twice.
This acquisition, whose amount has not been revealed, is based on an association started three years ago between the American streaming platform and the heirs of the British writer, who has sold more than 300 million books around the world, translated into 63 languages

In November 2018, Netflix had announced that it would adapt the great successes of Roald Dahl in animated series as part of this cooperation.
