“I’ve always said the world is a different spot for the heartbroken,” Taylor wrote along with a photo of herself wearing a red cap. “It moves on a different axis, at a different speed. Time skips backwards and forwards fleetingly. The heartbroken might go through thousands of micro-emotions a day trying to work out ways to get through it without picking up the phone to listen to that old familiar voice. In the land of heartbreak, moments of strength, liberty, and devil-may-care rebellion are intricately woven with grief, paralyzing vulnerability and despair. Imagining your prospective may always take you on a detour back to the past. And that is all to say, the next album I will be releasing is my version of Red.”

Taylor went on to state both musically and lyrically, Red is all about a heartbroken person. “It was all over the area, a fractured mosaic of feelings that all fit together in the end,” she added. “Joyful, free, confused, lonely, devastated, sweet, wild, and tortured by memories beyond.”

She added that, after documenting Red in 2012, something changed in her also. “I am not sure if it was putting my thoughts in this album, hearing a large number of the voices sing the lyrics back to me in passionate solidarity, or if it was simply time, but something was treated on the way”

To conclude her notice, Taylor clarified that she initially wrote 30 songs for Red, but not all of them made it onto the record. She finished her announcement with the greatest teaser:”This will be the first time you hear all of 30 songs that were meant to go on Red. And hey, one of them is even ten minutes “

Obviously, the Swiftie freakout was speedy and frenzied. Some fans reveled in the fact that they understood something was in the functions for a while, while others pointed out that Taylor announced her version of Red on Scooter Braun’s birthday. (She did! She did that!) There was, of course, a few CIA-level analysis of the dates of her re-releases, and plenty of jokes to be had about Taylor’s exes who may just be entering the witness protection program ahead of November.

If the re-release of Fearless is some indication, Red (Taylor’s Version) will be a trip of epic proportions. 30 songs? 10 minutes of”All Too Well?” Sad girl autumn with a PSL and a scarf (left in your sister’s house)? I don’t wish to wish away the summer, but truly — November can’t come soon enough.
