In an interview, prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia and deputy CDU chairman Armin Flapt said that he would return part of high tax revenues of federal, state and local authorities to taxpayers.
The Rhenish Post said flaps, especially for volunteering, citizens should be relieved of tax burdens: “We want to increase lump sums for those who work in volunteering in care, health and in family considerably”. The planned measures are tax relief of more als800 million per year.

In next part-session, North Rhine-Westphalia will introduce an initiative in Bundesrat, announced CDU politician. The finance Minister of federal State, Lutz Lienenkämper, will propose “dissolutions for Center of society”. Tax simplification, especially for families, should also be discussed.
