The Boys and Girls Club of Easton is hosting Girls’ Basketball Clinics 10 to 11 a.m. starting Saturday, March 4 with extended play and skill development training from 11a.m. until noon.

Girls who are looking for more fun, want to learn new skills like challenges and competitive play, want to be part of a team, enjoy exercising and making new friends while staying in shape, enjoy doing what you’re good at, and are interested in improving your basketball skills, the Boys and Girls Club of Easton, located at 210 Jones Houston Way, offers an opportunity.

The Saturday girls’ basketball program, headed up by Jacquline White, youth development professional at the Boys and Girls Club of Easton, will feature coaching sessions with B&GCE Club alum Domanique Moser, Northampton Community College freshman basketball guard who recently earned player of the year honors.

White and Moser’s goal is to work with young ladies on their ball skills, but also focus on etiquette, communication and social skills.  Some sessions will require girls to dress the part for mock interviews and take part in club-related public speaking events.
