DELRAY BEACH, FLA.—Canadian tennis star Milos Raonic pulled out of Sunday’s final of the Delray Beach Open with an injury, according to the tournament’s Twitter account.

Raonic, the top seed, was to face American Jack Sock for the title. Sock wins the championship in a walkover and will instead play Canada’s Jesse Levine in an exhibition match.

Raonic, ranked fourth in the world, was playing in his first tournament since suffering an injury at the Australian Open and losing in the quarter-finals to Rafael Nadal.
