The Government of the Generalitat has come out in defense of FC Barcelona and its president and has demanded that Real Madrid remove the video with which it responded to Joan Laporta for accusing him of being “the team of various regimes”, and in which it is linked to the Barcelona entity with the Franco regime.
The spokesperson for the Catalan Executive, Patrícia Plaja, has called the graphic document “gross manipulation” and “indecent fake news” and has considered that it constitutes “great irresponsibility and an insult to thousands of people who were retaliated by the Franco dictatorship”. among which he has highlighted “the former president of FC Barcelona, Josep Suñol”.
