After Holy Week, the 2022-2023 Income campaign begins, which will last for three months until it ends on June 30.
During this time, taxpayers have a term to render accounts to the Tax Agency through the IRPF model 100. However, not all citizens are required to submit the income statement.
There are a series of minimum incomes -for work income, pensions, unemployment benefits, capital gains or real estate income- that make it mandatory or not to present the declaration this year 2023 depending on each income bracket.
Below we highlight the income for which you are not required to file the 202-2023 income statement.
1. The limit of 22,000 euros gross per year is maintained:
2. 14,000 euros gross per year if you have two payers:
Limit of 1,600 euros gross per year in income from movable capital and capital gains
Limits on real estate income, subsidies and treasury bills
On the contrary, taxpayers who are in this situation and want to apply certain deductions or receive a refund (if applicable) will have to confirm the draft or submit the income statement within the established deadlines.
