Stuttgart (dpa/lsw) – The international education fair Didacta starts in Stuttgart today at 9 a.m. Teachers, educators and other specialist guests can exchange ideas there in person until next Saturday. 730 exhibitors are expected, more than 1300 program items are planned. In forums, topics such as the shortage of teachers, mental health after the pandemic and the still sluggish digitization are discussed. Learning techniques, the school buildings, some of which are in need of renovation, and democracy education are also on the agenda of this year’s fair.

The education fair under the patronage of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Education is considered the largest trade fair for the education industry in Europe. Didacta at Messe Stuttgart will be open daily from 7 to 11 March 2023 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
