Schweinfurt (dpa / lby) – After a judgment by the district court of Schweinfurt because of a young woman who was sexually abused and driven into prostitution, the accused have appealed. The court announced on Tuesday. In all likelihood, the Federal Court of Justice will now deal with the case.
According to the judges, the 54-year-old accused had repeatedly sexually abused his partner’s teenage daughter. When she was a young adult, the accused mother and her partner are said to have forced the woman into prostitution.
On February 17, the court sentenced the man to four and a half years in prison for sexual abuse of wards and forced prostitution. The 51-year-old was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison for aiding and abetting sexual abuse and forced prostitution.
According to the findings of the investigators, the man abused the then underage girl between about 2013 and 2016 in the Hammelburg area (Bad Kissingen district).
