Biberach (dpa/lsw) – Biberach is bringing the Baden-Württemberg home days from Offenburg in Baden to Swabia this year. Under the motto “small. strong. cosmopolitan.” around 200 events are planned in the large district town, the city and the Ministry of the Interior announced on Wednesday.

The highlights of the festival year are the Baden-Württemberg Days from May 5th to 7th and the state festivals from September 8th to 10th with a parade. Behind the numerous program items are more than 70 organizers, including numerous volunteers.

“With the Heimattage Baden-Württemberg we think of home in all its diversity. Home is the place where we can let go, where we feel comfortable and at home,” said the deputy interior minister and patron of the Event Thomas Strobl (CDU). The home days not only invite you to get to know Biberach, explained Biberach’s mayor Norbert Zeidler (independent). “They also help to strengthen our urban society and its cohesion.”
