Frauenneuharting (dpa/lby) – Up to two million euros in property damage occurred in the fire at a farm in Upper Bavaria. In addition, four residents were slightly injured in the night from Saturday to Sunday, the police said. The barn and the adjoining house in Frauenneuharting (Ebersberg district) burned down completely. Another residential building was also damaged.
One of the residents was taken to the hospital with minor burn injuries. Three others suffered mild smoke inhalation and were treated at the scene. Farm machinery and calves were housed in the barn. According to current knowledge, all animals could be saved from the fire. The cause of the fire initially remained unclear.
