Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) – The restrictions for passengers of the Go-Ahead Baden-Württemberg railway company will soon be over. From Saturday, the timetable will be used in full again, as the company announced on Friday in Stuttgart. As a precaution, 16 vehicles were taken out of service for inspection.

During a previous check, the company found “that the wheel attachment positions on individual axles deviate too much from one another”. This led to wheel sets that were sometimes worn out unequally. Go-Ahead then checked its fleet and, as a precaution, removed all vehicles from operation that could be affected by irregularities. The check that has now been carried out had not revealed any indications of errors.
