Bietigheim-Bissingen (dpa/lsw) – The Bietigheim Steelers have hired their ex-coach Daniel Naud as the new sports director. The 60-year-old Canadian, who was released as head coach at the end of November, is to put together the coaching team and squad in the future. The post was newly created at the bottom of the table in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL). Naud had led the Steelers to the DEL as a coach last season.
