The president of the World Bank, David Malpass, will leave his position as director of the institution on June 30, according to a statement released this Wednesday.
The American David Malpass, 66, the thirteenth president of the Washington-based institution, also informed the board of directors this Wednesday of his intention to leave the position he has held for four years, according to that statement.
