Ingolstadt (dpa / lby) – A shunting locomotive caught fire in a Deutsche Bahn workshop in Ingolstadt. Employees alerted the fire brigade and tried to extinguish the fire themselves, the police said on Wednesday. The fire brigade came out. Nobody was injured in the fire on Tuesday. The police estimated the damage at around 100,000 euros. The criminal police are currently assuming a technical defect as the cause.
