Gelsenkirchen (dpa / lnw) – The Schalke football professionals Alex Král and Thomas Ouwejan are about to make a Bundesliga comeback after a long forced break. Both convalescents gained match practice in the 6-0 (1-0) test against the regional league club SG Wattenscheid on Tuesday.
Michael Frey (26′), Kenan Karaman (59’/89′) and U23 player Marouane Balouk (62’/80′) scored the goals in the game, which was played behind closed doors at the Schalke club premises.
