Erfurt (dpa/th) – The Thuringian CDU parliamentary group has called for comprehensive clarification on the state government’s hiring practice – and does not rule out a committee of inquiry. “We demand full clarification,” said the parliamentary director of the Thuringian CDU parliamentary group, Andreas Bühl, in the state parliament in Erfurt. The clarification must include everything, if in doubt, this must also be done with a committee of inquiry. “All means of enlightenment must be on the table.”
The background is drafts of test reports from the state audit office, from which the media had quoted. Accordingly, one of the reports comes to the conclusion that the attitudes of state secretaries are “illegal”, “incorrect” or “incomprehensible”. The State Chancellery rejects the criticism. In the meantime, the public prosecutor’s office in Erfurt is investigating against unknown persons. It’s about the initial suspicion of infidelity.
