Rösrath (dpa / lnw) – A man is said to have attacked a gas station in Rösrath and injured an employee. The suspect is said to have sprayed irritant in the woman’s face, threatened her with a gun and then stole cash, police said on Tuesday. The woman was hospitalized after the crime on Boxing Day, and the police temporarily arrested the suspect as part of a manhunt. A second person, who, according to witnesses, may also have been involved in the robbery, was initially not found by the officials with a sniffer dog and helicopter. The investigation is ongoing.
