Magdeburg (dpa/sa) – So far, around seven million euros have been approved as EU funds for the digitization of cultural institutions in Saxony-Anhalt. “Since December 2021, more than a hundred organizations from all over the country have applied for grants of up to 100,000 euros per case,” said a spokesman for the State Chancellery on Tuesday. Among other things, the funds were used to support an online ticketing system for the Dessau-Wörlitz Cultural Foundation, the digitization of the Köthen Bach Festival and the digital inventory in the Schönebeck Industrial Museum.
