Wiesloch (dpa / lsw) – A man was slightly injured in a fire in Wiesloch (Rhein-Neckar district) on Christmas Day. The fire broke out in a garage next to a residential building in the Baiertal district for reasons that have not yet been clarified, the police said. The fire brigade was able to prevent the flames from spreading to the house by quickly extinguishing the fire. Paramedics took the injured resident to a hospital. According to the police, damage was estimated to be in the low five-digit range.
