Leipzig (dpa / sn) – An 88-year-old fell on the street in Leipzig and was hit by a car. The 88-year-old and an 86-year-old man fell on the sidewalk on Monday afternoon, the police said on Tuesday. While the 86-year-old landed on the sidewalk, the woman fell onto the street. There she was hit by the car of an 83-year-old driver. The 88-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries, police said. The driver is being investigated for negligent bodily harm.
