Salzwedel (dpa/sa) – A wolf was hit near the town of Salzwedel on Saturday. A police spokesman said on Sunday that he had collided with a moving car on a federal highway. The animal initially lay in the ditch, but then got up again and left the scene of the accident. The wolf competence center was informed immediately. The accident car caused property damage of around 500 euros.
