Leinefelde-Worbis (dpa/th) – 70 police officers checked 460 people at a music event in Leinefelde-Worbis (Eichsfeld district) in the night from Saturday to Sunday. Among other things, 20 drug violations and five administrative offenses for drunk driving were noted, as the officials announced on Sunday. A person for whom an arrest warrant was issued was arrested. According to the information, many complaints from residents and criminal offenses at previous events made the operation necessary. The police officers carried out the control together with the youth welfare office. Two drug search dogs were deployed. There were no disruptions, it said.
