Erfurt (dpa/th) – A drunk man hit police officers with his fists and demolished a patrol car in Erfurt. Before his arrest on Sunday morning, the 35-year-old was noticed at a concert, officials said. He had therefore behaved aggressively towards visitors and security forces. The alerted police brought the man to the ground and tied him up. In the police car, the 35-year-old kicked around wildly, tore up seat covers and demolished the interior. There was damage to property of at least 1500 euros, it was said.
