Freiburg (dpa / lsw) – Bundesliga soccer club SC Freiburg won a test match against second division club Karlsruher SC 3: 2 (1: 0). The non-public Baden duel in Freiburg’s Dreisam Stadium went over two 60-minute sessions on Friday, which both teams contested with completely different personnel.
Michael Gregoritsch gave Sport-Club the lead in the 56th minute, in the second half Daniel Gordon (73′) equalized with a header from a free kick. Within two minutes Kevin Schade (89′) brought Freiburg back in front after a pass from Nils Petersen and Lucas Höler (90′) after a pass from Schade. Lazar Mirkovic (117th), who came on as a substitute in the second hour, scored to connect KSC.
With the exception of the World Cup participants, all national players were there for Freiburg. You started training again last Monday – a week later than your colleagues.
