In Bad Homburg, Hesse, a drunk man ran over a pedestrian late on Sunday evening. He then drove away from the scene of the accident and later fell asleep in the car, police said. The woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the accident. The man does not have a valid driver’s license, he now has to answer for negligent homicide.
