Ludwigsburg (dpa / lsw) – The police in Baden-Württemberg have removed four cannabis machines. They were in the public space in Weinstadt (Rems-Murr district), Neckarsulm (Heilbronn district), Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart, according to a joint statement with the public prosecutor’s office on Wednesday. In the living and business premises of the 39 and 34-year-old suspected operators, the investigators found, among other things, another empty machine and a stun gun. In the vending machines, mainly hemp flowers were sold, which contain the active substance tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), classified as a narcotic – albeit to a small extent. According to the current legal situation, their sale to end users is punishable if misuse for intoxication purposes cannot be ruled out. According to case law, this is already the case with small amounts.
