Eschenburg (dpa/lhe) – A driver caused a traffic accident during the night of Sunday with a turning maneuver on the federal highway 253 near Eschenburg in the Lahn-Dill district. Seven people were injured, police said. The driver drove onto the B253 and found there that he had taken the wrong turn. Then he wanted to turn around. During the turning maneuver, there was a collision with another car. The driver who tried to turn was seriously injured. The other six involved escaped with minor injuries. They were all taken to nearby hospitals.
