Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) – Opposition deputies have called on the black-green state government to better support the municipalities in Hesse in receiving and accommodating refugees. SPD MP Nadine Gersberg spoke out in the Hessian state parliament in Wiesbaden on Thursday for regular refugee summits in the state. Social Affairs Minister Kai Klose (Greens) assured that the black-green coalition takes the situation in the cities, districts and communities very seriously and is in contact with the municipal umbrella organizations. The AfD parliamentary group called on Prime Minister Boris Rhein (CDU) to work in the Bundesrat to ensure that fewer refugees come to the country.
