The temblor was part of a bunch of earthquakes which were reported in Southern California, based on United States Geological Survey.
Men and Women in Chula Vista, San Diego, El Centro and Indio believed that the 5.3 quake, according to the USGS, Can You Feel It reports. The application collects information from those who report they have felt an earthquake also generates an interactive map.
Saturday morning’s vibration could be sensed at an apartment building near Del Mar, California, approximately 95 miles from the place of this earthquake.
“Plenty of earthquakes now,” USGS ShakeAlert tweeted.
Seismologist, Lucy Jones stated on Twitter earthquakes in this area usually arrive in swarms.
Even the Imperial County Fire Department and Office of Emergency Services tweeted they’re tracking the earthquake action but there are no reports of damages or accidents.
