On Monday near Hockenheim (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis), a semi-trailer truck crashed into a car that was driving slowly in front of it almost without braking. Two people were seriously injured – their car was pushed onto another car by the impact, the police said. The cars driving in front of the trailer truck on Autobahn 61 had already slowed down because of the end of a traffic jam – according to the information, it was still unclear why the truck drove up.
