Two hectares of forest fire were still burning in Saint-Geniez on Thursday, June 30, at 11:15 a.m. Twenty firefighters were mobilized on the La Forest side since 6 p.m. yesterday.
The fire was started by a lightning strike. These areas are difficult to reach. The firefighters had to walk for 40 minutes to reach the fire.
