Friedrichshafen / Überlingen (dpa / lsw) – A teenager is said to have committed several robberies at traffic junctions in Überlingen and Friedrichshafen. Most recently, the 17-year-old was involved in a robbery at the bus station in Überlingen (Lake Constance district), the police said on Thursday. He was already known to the officers from two crimes in December and January at the same train station and at the port station in Friedrichshafen. According to the police, an arrest warrant against him had already been issued in early February and put into effect. The 17-year-old is now in custody.
The police also suspect a 14-year-old to have been involved in the robbery in Überlingen. He is also said to have committed a form of extortion in January at the Überlingen bus station. The investigation initially continued. It should be clarified whether there are other accomplices.
