Gemmingen (dpa / lsw) – A fire in a barn in Gemmingen (Heilbronn district) caused damage of around 200,000 euros. When the fire brigade arrived on Friday afternoon, the barn was already on fire, but police said it was able to prevent it from spreading to a grain silo next door. Another silo was damaged by the heat and had to be cooled with water. There were no injuries.
The cause of the fire was initially unclear, the police said. However, arson cannot be ruled out.
