Neuenstein (dpa / lsw) – Two previously unknown persons stole 351 bars of chocolate from a supermarket in the Hohenlohe district. One of the thieves drove out with the shopping cart while the other paid for some items, police said Monday. When the men went through the sliding doors, the theft sensor was triggered, blocking the car.
One of the two men who had the chocolate in a bag ran out of the Neuenstein branch. His accomplice followed him. A seller reportedly took up the pursuit and saw the thieves throwing away the bag and chocolate at a gas station. The crime happened on Friday, so far there is no trace of the suspects.
