Leingarten (dpa / lsw) – After the argument between two groups in Leingarten (Heilbronn district), a 16-year-old is being investigated for attempted murder twice. The young person was arrested late Saturday evening, almost 24 hours after the crime with two seriously injured people, the public prosecutor and the Heilbronn police said on Sunday evening. Meanwhile, an arrest warrant had been issued against him. He was taken to a correctional facility.
According to the current state of investigation, he is said to have suddenly shot several people. Two men were each hit by one of the projectiles fired and seriously injured. Another person was said to have been missed by a third projectile.
A large amount of evidence was secured, including the alleged murder weapon. A 30-strong investigative group “Leinbach” from the Heilbronn criminal police is working to clarify the events.
