Römerstein (dpa / lsw) – A horse that had apparently escaped died in a collision with a car on federal highway 28 near Römerstein (Reutlingen district). A 46-year-old driver was driving on the B28 on Tuesday morning when a horse suddenly ran onto the road in front of him, the police said. The driver had no chance to react and hit the animal with his car. The 46-year-old was unharmed.
