Vaihingen an der Enz (dpa/lsw) – An unknown person sprayed graffiti on both information boards of a concentration camp memorial in Vaihingen an der Enz (Ludwigsburg district). A police spokeswoman said on Friday that the graffiti were individual letters in red paint that resembled the so-called tag of a sprayer. A graffiti tag is an abbreviation that serves as an identifier for a sprayer.
The crime took place between Wednesday and Thursday evening, the spokeswoman said. The signs had been sprayed two weeks earlier. The graffiti are very similar, but it was still unclear whether there was a connection on Friday afternoon.
