Sinsheim (dpa / lsw) – Two weeks after finding a presumed dead woman in a car, the investigators are still looking for the crime scene. There is also no trace of the glasses of the 64-year-old from Sinsheim (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis), the police and public prosecutor said on Friday. In the meantime, more than 50 tips from the population have been received. By questioning witnesses and residents, the “Hecke” special commission also received a large number of new approaches.

The 64-year-old was discovered dead in her car in an industrial area in Sinsheim on the evening of June 23. After the autopsy of the body, the investigators assume that the woman died as a result of external violence. The officials did not give any details.

The special commission asks witnesses who have not yet contacted the police to get in touch. Photo and video recordings from June 23 from Sinsheim are also being sought.
