Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) – In the training camp of VfB Stuttgart, the new head coach Bruno Labbadia can plan with all players. Atakan Karazor, who recently stopped training prematurely due to slight Achilles tendon problems, and Chris Führich will also travel to Marbella in Spain. There, the Swabians, who are threatened with relegation, will prepare for the rest of the season in the Bundesliga from Monday.

Führich, who used the World Cup break for two surgeries, should be introduced step by step. It is still unclear when Borna Sosa, who finished third with Croatia at the World Cup in Qatar, will return to the team. One is in exchange, it said on the part of the club.

The training camp includes two test matches against FC Sion from Switzerland (January 8) and the Czech club Sparta Prague (January 12). On January 13th they will return to Germany, before the duel with FSV Mainz 05 on January 21st, the first competitive game of the calendar year.
