Crailsheim (dpa / lsw) – Because he is said to have fatally injured a man in the Schwäbisch Hall district after a dispute with a knife, a 49-year-old is in custody. The man stabbed his 54-year-old opponent several times in an apartment in Crailsheim, the police said on Tuesday. After the attack on Saturday, the victim was able to flee to a neighboring room and call the police. The officers arrested the suspect a little later in the underground car park of the house.
The injured 54-year-old was taken to a clinic and had emergency surgery there, a police spokesman said. He is now out of danger. Police and prosecutor investigations into the case were ongoing.
