Freiburg (dpa / lsw) – There were delays between Basel and Freiburg because of people on the train route. The people were picked up on Wednesday afternoon on the route between Heitersheim (Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district) and Bad Krozingen, as reported by Deutsche Bahn Regio Baden-Württemberg on Twitter. Initially, the background remained open. Because of the incident, the route of the Rhine Valley Railway had to be temporarily closed. Trains arriving at Freiburg Central Station were delayed by up to one and a half hours.
