Stuttgart (dpa/lsw) – A light beam from a laser pointer hit a commercial aircraft on its approach to Stuttgart Airport on Wednesday. The pilot was able to land the machine safely, said the police in Aalen. The pilot noticed the beam but was not affected. In the evening, a police helicopter rose near Schorndorf to look for the person with the laser pointer. At first no one was found.
