Baden-Württemberg: restaurant attacked with a pistol: young people transferred

Laupheim (dpa / lsw) – In order to settle debts with a peer, a 17-year-old at the time of the crime is said to have attacked a restaurant with a pistol. About a year after the crime, investigators were able to convict the alleged perpetrator, as the police and prosecutors announced on Tuesday. The teenager is said to have received the weapon for the attack in Laupheim (Biberach district) in early November 2021 from the other teenager, who is said to have collected the loot. Extensive witness statements and apartment searches led to the two alleged perpetrators, the statement said. The two are now awaiting criminal prosecution. The police and public prosecutor’s office could not say how much the young people had stolen at the time.
