Mannheim (dpa / lsw) – Six people were slightly injured in a collision between two cars in the Sandhofen district of Mannheim. A 19-year-old driver ignored the right of way of a 51-year-old driver in the area of ??an intersection early Sunday morning, the police said. The two vehicles crashed together – the 19-year-old’s car then hit a traffic light pole and the other car crashed into a guardrail.
Both drivers and passengers were taken to the hospital by ambulance. The cars were no longer drivable and were towed away. A specialist company took care of cleaning the roadway because of leaking operating materials.
