Haslach (dpa / lsw) – A resident was found dead in the courtyard of a house in Haslach (Ortenaukreis) on Wednesday morning. The police are now investigating how the man died and whether there was a medical cause. Neighbors also reported a possible fire in the man’s apartment to the emergency services, the police said on Wednesday. However, no fire had broken out there – a pot on the switched-on stove had led to the development of smoke.
