Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) – S-Bahn traffic at Stuttgart Central Station is running normally again after repairs lasting several days. Several defective switches have been repaired since Wednesday morning, as reported by Deutsche Bahn. The work was completed on Friday morning and the S-Bahn was able to resume its normal timetable.

During the construction work, all lines only ran every half hour instead of every quarter of an hour. Line S3 trains only covered part of the route between Backnang and Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt.
