Sinsheim (dpa / lsw) – According to the police, three kilograms of illegally imported shisha tobacco are the reason that a 27-year-old man withdrew from a police check with his vehicle on Sunday. When the initially unknown driver in Sinsheim (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis) accelerated his vehicle to almost 140 kilometers per hour, the officials stopped pursuing him for safety reasons. However, the vehicle was later found and the driver arrested nearby. According to the police, the shisha tobacco deposited in the trunk was secured on Monday. The 27-year-old has now lost his driver’s license. He is also being investigated on suspicion of illegal motor vehicle racing and violations of tax laws and the tax code.
