Abensberg (dpa / lby) – Green federal politician Toni Hofreiter announced a change of power in the 2023 state elections to the black-orange state government at the political morning pint on Gillamoos. “Next year we will govern Bavaria,” said the member of the Bundestag to the applause of the marquee visitors. At the traditional morning pint, he had previously handed out against the CSU and also against the AfD.
From the CSU he called for “the size” to admit mistakes, such as that the 10-H rule brought wind power to a standstill. The CSU should admit to having been too cowardly. “I would expect that from people who govern such a beautiful and important country as Bavaria.”
The “right-wing radicals in the state parliament” allowed themselves to be made into “Putin’s fifth colony,” he scolded. “We will ensure that the opponents of democracy finally fall below the five percent hurdle again.” It needs a clear edge against the right – instead of chasing after them and adopting their language.
The Gillamoos is a funfair with more than 700 years of tradition in the district of Kelheim and is nationally known for the political speeches on the last day of the festival.
