Woringen (dpa / lby) – In Swabia, a bank ATM has been blown up. The perpetrators and their direction of escape in Woringen (Unterallgäu district) are still unknown, said the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA) on Wednesday. The methods used by the perpetrators to break open the ATMs are currently being investigated at the Forensic Institute in Munich.

That would take a few days because the work had to be particularly gentle on the tracks, according to a spokesman for the BLKA. Gas or solid explosives are possible, but the latter is more likely to be assumed. How much money was stolen may not be mentioned in order not to motivate imitators.
